Stay classy, Doc.

Even in remembrance, Blogging Tory Jabba the Roy can't resist taking a dump on someone who doesn't deserve it:

I like Peter , Paul and Mary. They are lefties but I like their songs and I think they have good hearts.

No, you don't want to know what I'm thinking right now.

I heard it was not really a Strap-on...

what did 'jabba the roy' say that was so wrong to be mocked so.

i don't like the politics of lots of artists but that doesn't mean that I dislike their work. Peter, Paul and Mary fall into that category. I, too, disliked their politics(and Peter's later loony tuneness). That's doesn't derogate from their collective work at all. It is superb.

Hmmmm... I wonder how Patrick would label this blog?
I couldn't say how he would come down on it--he changes his mind as to what constitutes 'respectful'/'disrespectful' as it suits his point.

Not much. But we just don't like him.

Christ, don't you know how this works, Backseat?

Backseat Blogger, you do understand the definition of gratuitous?

Oh i know how things work but i thought that maybe - just maybe - there might be an actual reason behind the mockery.

If someone says something stupid - whether on the left or the right - they are fair game in my books for whatever comes their way.

But 'jabba the roy' didn't say anything stupid. He expressed a perfectly reasonable opinion about a fact.

Were there no other targets to mock yesterday? i would have though that Mr. Layton aka Harper's new bitchboy, would have been a better target.
