Dear Five Feet of Spare Some Change ™:

Fuck off. Twice.

And while you’re at it, why don’t you get off your doughy, dimpled, cellulite-ridden, hate-mongering ass and find yourself a real job like the rest of the grown-ups. Oh yeah ... it’s because you’re too busy writing shit like this. Ooops, my bad. Good luck with that!

From Steyn (via Five-Feet-of-Saftig):

I was struck by something Naseem said to me on the sidewalk. I'd mentioned that I'd heard her on NPR saying that it was improper for me to attack "multiculturalism" because multiculturalism was officially embedded in Canada's constitution. And I said: So what? A free society shouldn't have an official ideology, but, if it has, I certainly reserve the right to object to it. If I'd lived in Italy 70 years ago, I would have objected to their official ideology (Fascism), and I object to Canada's, notwithstanding its touchy-feelier name. And she looked at me as if I was bonkers.

I'm not sure he's established the correct causal relationship; there are literally thousands of reasons why someone dealing with him would look at Mark Steyn as if he were bonkers; it starts with silent musing over that mystifying Chia-Hair and ends with "And what, in God's name, is that smell?"

Anyway, I doubt very much he's quoted anything accurately in that whole narcissistic diatribe.

It is why, for my safety and that of the public at large, I try not to leave the house unless I have to:

I'm glad she recognizes that the public at large is safer when she remains holed up.

Luckily, I get off on being called "racist" -- I'm kinky that way...

Gah. Again! Frequent readers will know what this means for my weekend.

I guess that it went over Mark Steyn's head that he's equating multiculturalism, the policy that there is no official culture and therefore no government policy to impose any one culture on a country... to fascism.

Mark would love to present himself as an intelligent critic, but I've seen him drool too many times over the second amendment (and sorry, that right has probably done more damage to the U.S. than the policy of multiculturalism has done to Canada).

Won't it be glorious whe that harradian can't afford an internet connection anymore?

Then she can be found harassing people at the Eaton Centre and sleeping at the shelters where she belongs.

I doubt that'll happen; as she's fond of bragging, she's landed herself a man who keeps her in the style she's become accustomed to (Big Gulps, Baconaters and benzodiazepines). And from the looks of things (third from left), he's not going to be straying anytime soon.

*tsk* These people bring out the worst in me. Thank God for confession...
