maybe that because everyone is home listening to the album grover:

And maybe the Bush Administration has all their fans under lockdown, thus preventing them from attending the concerts.

Also, 526k sales the first week is a third down from their last release, and there are no other major releases now, so it's not surprising that they stayed on top despite sales dropping close to 50% this week.
