Horowitz's UNC student in the process of being thrown overboard.

Time for only a brief comment on the putrid dishonesty that is David Horowitz but I wanted to draw your attention to the very first line of a new article of Horowitz's at his Front Page Mag site:

In the saga of the Colorado student who claims that she was failed on a criminology exam ...

Whoa ... the student who "claims" that she was failed? My, how things have changed since yesterday and over the last several weeks and months when, according to Horowitz, this student failed. There was no speculation, no ambiguity, no room for discussion or dissension -- she failed. Certainly, those upstanding young scholars at the SAF seem to agree:

Our organization has been attacked in recent days by members of the media and others who questioned the validity of the story of a University of Northern Colorado student who was required to write an essay on her criminology exam explaining "why President Bush is a war criminal." When the student wrote instead about why Saddam Hussein is a war criminal, she was given a failing grade.

But now ... oops, it's that she only claims to have been given a failing grade.

Memo to student: Let me explain what just happened here. You were asked to go out on a limb for Horowitz and the SAF and, now, with the shitstorm howling around them, they're saving their worthless, lying asses by cutting off the branch you're standing on. Quite simply, you're being tossed off the sled to the wolves.

I hope you enjoyed the ride while it lasted, because you've just been royally fucked over.
